Contacts are missing when I click the To, Cc, or Bcc buttons?
We have no way of knowing what "Microsoft fix" you are referring to, what version of Outlook you're using, or even what your symptoms are. If you want help resolving the problem, you'll need to provide that kind of informatiion.

The proceedure I followed was under help and the outlook 2007 techweb titled
"Contacts are missing when I click the To, Cc, or Bcc buttons". The option under contact properties that they suggested I change was greyed out... Under tools account setiings I was undable to use the delete botton to remove the outlook address book... I also tried to remove the address book from that tab by clicking on it to the next tab... I trust that will provide more of an explanation... I did import my setting from outlook 2003. I am running windows vista ultimate. Try creating a new mail profile using the Mail applet in Control Panel. Migrating settings doesn't usually work.
