Default Server Side Rules -Where are they stored

I am moving my users' mailboxes from one Forest to another with no trust.

I am moving the mailboxes.

I have a VB script that will modify my current user's profiles and change
all of the back end information The server name, RPC over http settings etc)

We wrote the VB script to preserve as much profile information as possible,
signatures, outlook formatting, etc ,etc

What I noticed though is that the rules on the mailbox did not transfer.

I "Assumed" that they would move with the mailbox.

Thus the question of the subject line. Where are the rules stored and how
to transfer them (Without exporting first)?

Thanks

Version of outlook and exchange? how are you moving the mailboxes? They are
in the mailbox - users should export them to a text file as backup.
