Default COM Addin for Outlook Connector in outlook 2007 NOT TRUSTED.

The Add-in "COM Addin for MSO Outlook Connector" shows as inactive in Trust
Center. Clicking GO to manage the COM Addins I see the addin is unchecked
and the messsage "Not loaded. Certificate of signed and load at startup COM
Add-in is not in trusted source list." Where is this list in Outlook 2007
and how do I add mscon32.dll to it so it is trusted and runs? HELP
