How do I minimize Outlook without it closing?

When I minimize it closes. I've checked the task manager and it's closed. I
have to reopen each time this happens. Where do I go to check the
configuration, if it's set to close when minimized? It didn't use to close
like this, and it's frustrating. Thanks

It's not closing. Right-click the Outlook icon in the Notification area and
uncheck "Hide When Minimized".
