How do I erase e-mails if it doesn´t allow me to?
 

I have microsoft outlook, I have been working with my contacts and suddenly I
cannot see them anymore as there is a note saying that I need to erase some
data as it has reached the maximum size. That I have to select some items and
use CAPITAL+DELETE but the same signal appears and does not let me do it!
Help me please!! I need my information. Thank you very much!!

What version of Outlook are you using? How big is your .PST file?
