Recently, I was working in Outlook 2007 with BCM and the program closed
abruptly. Since then it says that a data file was not closed properly and shuts down Outlook. Has anyone come across this? If so, what did you do to correct it? I have tried to repair .pst files and removed and reinstalled Office completely but nothing seems to work. Now I can't even do a System Restore either so I am kind of lost. -- Thanks, James |

Reinstalling or a System Restore won't help with a corrupt pst-file. If
scanpst.exe can't fix it restore the file from backup. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more ----- "James" wrote in message ... Hi,
For most of the corrupt Outlook PST files that cannot be fixed by scanpst, you can try our product Advanced Outlook Repair instead.
