No AV S/W
OS - Windows Vista Business

Imported .pst file from 2003, setup mail account and installed mail cert,
but most messages are not downloaded and those that are have no text
whatsoever. Only time downloaded, but no subject or message body. Also,
there is no Antivirus software installed yet - removed it to troubleshoot.

The problems may be due to importing the .PST file. Importing a .PST VERY
often corrupts the Outlook profile, plus you lose the following information:

1. Custom Forms
2. Custom Views
3. Connections between contacts and activities
4. Received dates on mail
5. Birthdays and anniversaries in calendar
6. Journal connections
7. Distribution Lists

Try creating a new profile and connecting your existing .PST to it.
