Transferring Contacts, Settings, Messages, etc.

I am running Vista Home Premium on an HP Laptop with two separate hard
drives. I originally ran Vista as an update to XP, but the program did not
load well and was very unstable. I then did a clean load of Vista on the
second drive with great success and have now loaded Office Professional 2007.
My problem is that I would like to transfer my Outlook 2003 messages,
contacts, etc from Drive C: to Outlook 2007 on Drive D: I am not sure how to
do this; can you help?
