Default how to migrate flags from Outlook 2002 to Outlook Express ?

For professional reasons, I have to return my Outlook 2002 license to my
company.
I want to continue by using Outlook Express, so I migrated all my
environment to it.
Everything worked fine, except the "follow up" flags which have not been
migrated...

How can I proceed to get those flags for all my emails in all my folder
hierarchy ?

Thanks

I don't think the flag function in Outlook Express works the same as it does
in Outlook...you might want to ask in an Outlook Express group to be sure.
