Can't delete an old SharePoint folder after installing Outlook2007
In my Outlook 2003 I had several synchronized SharePoint (WSS 2.0) contact
and calendar folders. As I installed Outlook 2007, all these came across to new envrionment but I cannot seem to delete them. When I try to delete, I'm told : Cannot delete this folder. Right-click the folder, and then click Properties to check your permissions for the folder. See the folder owner or your adminstrator to change your permissions. The operation cannot be performed because the object has been deleted.

I fixed it but alas can't remember how - good news is that is wasn't a bug.
I fixed it through Outlook 2007 - mess around a bit and you'll get it. Stay patient.
