Removing previous addresses from showing up
Hi,
How do I remove *ALL* of the addresses that I used when I enter an address in the "To" field in Outlook 2003. It remembers them and are stored somewhere. I know I can delete them one at a time with the delete key but that's a pain. Thanks Gis |

Look for a file ending with .NK2 and rename or delete it; this is the
autocomplete cache. http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm#fileloc Outlook & Exchange/Windows Messaging Backup and Dual-Boot - Outlook 2000/2002 File Locations Hal -- Hal Hostetler, CPBE -- Senior Engineer/MIS -- MS MVP-Print/Imaging -- WA7BGX http://www.kvoa.com -- "When News breaks, we fix it!" Thanks. Funny how it's just a list of addresses that it's stored in a
(probably) database format.
