Hello,
This is an issue using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. Last October we migrated Exchange servers. We backed up Outlook profiles the restored without any hassle. On one of the PCs on which this was done, I've just noticed something strange. If the user is connected to Exchange and working online, everything is fine. If the user is offline (which is now happening frequently), only the e-mails dated on or before the date the backup was taken are available. I've set up offline folders etc to no avail. I have noticed something strange. If I check the details for the inbox, Outlook tells me there are 2,080,702,467 items in the inbox. I receive what appears to be the correct number of items in the remote inbox. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Regards, Mike. |
