Change OL2002 data file locations (dat, fav, inf, rws, srs, etc)

I use Briefcase to keep my laptop current with my desktop when I'm on travel.
I have the pst file in the Briefcase, which I believe contains all my mail
and contacts. However, I do not see how to change the other configuration
files, such as the rules, menu and view settings, outlet bar shortcuts,
send/receive settings, etc. If I change any of these, I would like to have
them changed on the other machine when I update the Briefcase (with both OL
programs closed, of course). Also, this would be neccessary if one wanted to
back up all his OL settings in case of a crash or if he migrated to a new
machine. So how do I move all these files to one separate directory on
another drive?

those files need backed up and restored separately - rules can be exported,
account settings are in the registry, menus are in outcmd.dat. Views are in
the pst and should travel with the pst.
