Outlook 2003 will not send or receive after I replaced Office 2000 with 2003.
Also, I saved my .pst files to my desktop and when I copied them to Outlook
it created sub-folders instead of putting them directly in my inbox. What do
I need to do to correct this?

Hi,

Seems your Outlook profile associated with the new pst file might be
corrupted cos of different file systems.

Create a new profile and configure your email account. Once the profile is
created, use the Import feature to retrieve the data stored in the pst file
on the Desktop.

New Profile - (Do make sure to select the new profile as the default profile)

Import/Export -

The above article is applicable to both Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003.

Let me know if this helps.
