Default Controlling maximum download message size in 2003

Have a couple of large messages on the server which I would like to
download. Currently, Outlook times out. I suspect that increasing
the maximum message size will do the trick.

In 2000, I could specify the maximum message size to download from a
POP server (Tools/Synchronize/. . . )

I don't even see a Synchronize option in the Tools menu in 2003. So,
where did the max download message size option go?

Thanks.

Note the 2003 version is a recent install. I had picked a 500K max
size in the 2000 version, so I assume that the limit carried over to
2003.

Point well taken. Did not mean to post here. Note the second message
was actually edited, by the way.
