Default activate norton anti spam plug in

I installed norton antispam and everything was working great. One day when
I opened outlook, it said that the anti-spam addin "caused a problem last
time" and did I want to disable it. That I could enable it anytime. so I
said yes.

Now I try to enable it, and I can not. I go to options, other, and com
add-in. I check the box next to norton anti spam filter. I say OK all the
way out. "apply" never darkens. It never "takes". the next time I go
back in, the box is without a check mark again. I can't check it, and make
it 'stick'.

any ideas?
thanks,

Hello
In Outlook, try this:

FileOptionsAdd-insManage

From the list, click 'Disabled Addins'

You will see the dll for the antispam add-in.

Highlight it , click 'enable'

Return back to your mails - HeyPresto Norton is the on ribbon menu and toolbar is back.
