Was setting up a new HP PC with XP Media Edition. Installed Office and went
to configure Outlook. Unfortunatly added mail account under wrong user identity. Deleted email accounts and readded under correct identity. Outlook refuses to logon to sever and refuses to save password. Have tried the following with no success: Deleted all mail accounts Deleted Oullook Profile Deleted User account that was set up incorrectly Deleleted the User account that should have had the email account originally. Deleted and reinstalled Office. Followed MS Knowledge Base Article #290684 regardinng passwords not saved in Outlook. Any suggestions before I have to reload the operating system?? Thanks |
