Default I want to synchronize 2 copies of outlook, how?

I have 2 copies of outlook 2003, one installed on my desktop in office, one
installed on my laptop. when I am in the office, I like the desktop, when I
am on job site, i want to keep working on my laptop. But emails, contacts,
notes, and etc changes on both computer. is there anyway i can communicate
between 2 copies of outlook to make them synchronize with each other when
connected on network?
I tried the import and export, too much work because i may need to do it
everyday.
and there are a lot of stuff to transfer too.

Never export and import to transfer data between Outlook instances. You
lose data that way.

and there are a lot of stuff to transfer too.
