Default Outlook 2007 / Vista Business (RTM Build 6000) Startup Issue

When I start Outlook, I receive this message:

The Add-in "Symantec Antivirus" (c:\program files\symantec client
security\symantec antivirus\vpmsece3.dll) cannot be loaded and has been
disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update.
If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in.

When going to the trust center, the add-in does not appear anywhere, so I am
unable to do what the messages asks, and that is to remove the add-in.

Is anybody aware of a reg location or other method of removing this remnant?

The message follows:

It should be easy to find by searching for "vpmsece3" in regedit.
