signature files won't show image points to file elsewhere
 

recently installed office basic 2003 with outlook. got messages / address
book ok
setup signature file with logo. when editing in advance edit it looks
great. when editing within outlook looks great. when sending message
signature is there but logo is not. check the encoding of the image and it
is pointing somewhere else

signature files won't show image points to file elsewhere
 

1. Create a blank signature, name it and save.
2. locate your signature (try c:/documents & setttings/yourlogin/application
settings/microsoft/outlook/signatures
3. Edit the signature file with a text editor or real web editor (front page
or dreamweaver).
4. Make sure any images you reference are also located in the directory with
your signature.
5. Avoid using GIF images, they can get blocked as spam.
