Outlook 2000 crashes when accessing public folder items
 

In an NT4 SP6 Exchange 5.5 domain environment, a user running Outlook 2000
cannot open public folder items. When this is attempted outlook.exe crashes
and promptly exits. The user is able to use the preview pane to view the
items, this user also has extensive rights to the folder (read, edit, list,
delete... ). Other users of the same set-up and permissions have no issues.

Any Ideas?
