Outlook Crashing when opening HTML
 

Hi,

We have a user running Outlook 2003 SP2, XP SP2 and IE 7 (They had the same
problem with IE 6) connecting to SBS 2003 Exchange.

When they try to open a HTML message in full, Outlook crashes and has to
close asking to send a report to MS.

Please see a copy of the APP log from Event viewer for the error message.

We have tried reinstalling Office but still continue to have the problem.
Can you please help?
