I have a user (win XP sp1, office 2000 sp3) who had rules moving mail to a
personal folder - I had him create folders within his inbox (with the same names) and close the personal folder. He didn't update the rules since the folders were the same name and appeared correct. The rules weren't working correctly and I want to know what happens to the emails that were affected by these invalid rules? The senders never received a notification and the emails are nowhere to be found the in the user's mailbox. Thanks in advance! |
