outlook instant search

I have outlook 2007 and ie 7 running and keep getting the "click here to
enable instant search" ribbon. When I click on it it attempts to go to the
web site for a windows download but fails to connect.
Has anyone else had this poroblem?

Hey guys,

I am running Vista RC1 Build 5600 and the latest download of Office 2007
Professional. I have the same problem. It says that I need to download the
new desktop search 3.0 but Vista already has it. Is there a work around or
do we have to wait until the final versions of both products to use instant
search????
