How to active sync Outlook 2003/ Business Contact Mgr w/PDA

The PDA install software installs Outlook 2002. Does that create conflict
with Outloook 2003 installed as a component of MS Office 2003? How can I
active sync the HP iPAQ loaded with Pocket PC 2003 Pro and Outlook 2002?
