Default how to move outlook from one computer to another ? Please help!

Hi,
I desparately need to rebuild my computer. Which means completely re
installing windows and everything. I am very dependant on my outlook email.
- I have 12 email (internet) accounts configured in the outlook 2003(what do
I do so that I don't have to recreate them)
- I have a big contacts database in the outlook contacts
- I have about 20 rules configured in the rules and filters.
- I have a busy calendar filled in 6 months in advance

I would really appreciate if someone can tell me how to move everything
smoothly to an external hard disk and then once new machine is built I want
to put everything back as it was.
I have only one pst file when I checked the outlook folders. Contrary to the
information I have seen on the net saying outlook 2003 stores information in
multiple files.

Thank you much for any help I can get here.
my email is would appreciate if you would reply to
this address

Sam
