Default Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 Reinstall

For whatever reason (bad luck?) BCM in all of its manifestations has always
given me trouble. Two days ago, I installed the Office 2007 Beta Technical
Refresh. At the same time, I attempted to install the BCM TR. The BCM
install failed. I then ran Outlook. An error issued stating that BCM is
packaged with a particular Outlook version and that BCM will not run because
it is the wrong version. Fine, I get that part. So, I tried to uninstall the
BCM Beta that was running with the pre-TR Outlook. The uninstall failed.
Now, I cannot run BCM. I cannot install the right version, and I cannot
uninstall the old version.

Something similar to this has happened everytime I have changed Outlook,
including the upgrade from 2000 to 2003.

I have poured through the prescribed log files. I have located any missing
files; yet, something snags the install.

Is there a way to force an install of BCM? I can manually purge the files
and registry references. I need access to my database, but I have exhausted
my knowledge in troubleshooting this problem.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
