I just installed outlook on new computer (windows xp professional) and office
professional. When I try to enter a new message, says cannot find work as email editor. I went into options, mail format and checked off use word as editor. It stays checked until I try to type a new message in, then it automatically removes the check mark in mail format |

Both Outlook and Word must be the same version in order for Word to be used

yes - I loaded from same office professional disk (which happens to be 2002)
