Email messages get cut off

I have a user that randomly has email that are replied to or forwarded that
get cut off. The install is only a couple months old. I've tried doing a
repair on Office that didn't help. I redid her signature with no company logo
and changed her format to rich text instead of html. That seemed to fix it
for a while. It is now doing it again. Considering how many custom programs
and settings she has I would rather not reimage the system. It took almost a
month to get everything right when she got her new laptop.

I should also not that she is using Outlook 2003 with all patches.
