Default Using the main Inbox/Personal Folders for my E-mail connection.

Im wondering how I can use the main Inbox/Personal Folders as my Inbox. I
currently am using an AIM E-mail and it creates this whole new list of
folders just for that e-mail connection. I am looking for a way to use the
first folder, the Inbox folder and Personal folders for my AIM mail.

Can't be done. AOL uses IMAP accounts and those always get their oen folder
sets. You could create a rule to move (or copy) each incoming item from the
Inbox of the AOL account to the Inbox of the delivery location, but that's
as close as you can come with any released version of Outlook.

If I do this this, when I delete them from the 'inbox of the delivery
system' do they get deleted in the other folder also?

No, deleting messages from your Outook Inbox will have no effect on messages
in your AOL Inbox.
