Normally messages in Outlook 2002 come with a toolbar allowing actions to be
taken directly from the message -- for example, resending the message is an option under "actions" on the toolbar. For some reason, I can no longer see a toolbar on any message. They have simply disappeared. I have checked the built-in help, and cannot find out how to solve this problem. -- President Telemática e Desenvolvimento Ltda. Rio de Janeiro |

If you right-click in the toolbar area, do you not see the various toolbars that can be enabled? -- Brian Tillman |

Brian,
No, There is no toolbar area at the top of the messages any more. It simply disappeared. There is only a band with the title, example: Hardware and Software for Webcast. Before at the top of each message was a simplified toolbar -- not as complete as in the main outlook screen. But it alllowd you to take variou Actions: reply, reply to all, resend the message, etc. Now that has simply vanished. Thanks for help on this. I spent hours searching within Outlook's help before resorting you gurus! There is nothing there about the toolbars on the messages themselves that I can find. -- President Telemática e Desenvolvimento Ltda.
