Excel Attachments opening in Read-Only mode.
I have a user that is using Outlook 2003. Whenever he receives an attachment
from me he cannot open it without it going to read-only mode. Consequently, he cannot save any changes without first changing the file name. Any ideas?

Excel Attachments opening in Read-Only mode.
Make sure that he first opens the message, then opens the attachment from the open message, not from the reading pane.
