How do we delete copies of emails left on the server? We have configured
Outlook 2007 to leave copies of emails on the servers for our HTTP (Hotmail and MSN) accounts. Obviously, we could go out to the internet and delete the emails, but are hoping there is a way to do that from within Outlook 2007. For example, when the email is downloaded, a copy is left on the server, but when the email is deleted from the inbox, can it be deleted on the server also? In this fashion, a copy would be left, but the copy could also be deliberately deleted as desired from within Outlook. If this can be done, what is the effect of moving the email from the inbox and then deleting it from within another folder? |
