Import the .PST file back into outlook.

Steps how to do this:-

From within Outlook:

File Menu - Import and Export..

This brings up the import export wizard.

Select option 'Import from another program or file' -Next

Personal Folder List (.pst) - Next

Browse to your backed-up PST file

Tick 'Allow duplicates to be created' - Next

Select the folder to Import From.

Tick Include Sub Folders

Import items into the same Folder in:

Click 'Finish' to start the import
