Wrong language
 

I have a user who originally accessed Exchange 2003 using Outlook 2003 on a
Korean version of Windows. Since then, he has accessed Exchange from both
Korean and English windows platforms, with both Outlook 2003 and OWA. He
reports that his mail always shows up in Korean no matter how he accesses it
now. He wants his email to be in english. Does anyone know how to fix this?
