Updated from 2002 to 2003. Now Outlook will not open
I updated to office 2003 and outlook will not open. I attempted to follow
the instructions on article id 822503, which says use the custom installation wizard and go to the "change office user settings" page. I cannot find the page. The installation disk just opens with the files. I attempted to update from Office 2002 to 2003. It seemed to work but Outlook will not open. One of the error messages states that it cannot find the sql server?I used the default installation. I was having problems with outlook 2002 and just wanted to update to 2003 and use a backup .pst file to move on. Please help
