How do I switch default for 'replies' and 'forwards' in Outlook?
I have original mail set for 'html' format.
I want the same for 'replies' and 'forwards' but the settings default to 'plain' format. How do I change this?

Outlook has no such setting. Replies and forwards are always in the format of the incoming message.
