Outlook 2000

sorry I don't have an answer, I am having a similar problem. New computer
and loaded Office 2000 professional. When trying to setup outlook, I receive
the same message. Detailed error messages include: outlook.exe and also
OMI9.DLL missing. Had no problems on operating system Windows ME, now using
XP. Help?
