SAFEMODE ONLY

OUTLOOK 2003 ONLY OPENS UP IN SAFEMODE. HAVE RECREATED A A NEW OUTLOOK
PROFILE RUN A DETECT AND REPAIR. WORKS OK FOR A DAY OR 2 THEN COMES BACK WITH
ONLY CAN OPEN IN SAFE MODE.
