Unable to Open Outlook after initial Office 2003 install
I have received the following ERROR MESSAGE when opening Outlook 2003 for the
first time after installing Office 2003 Pro. Unable to open your default email folders. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service NWNSP.DLL. Besure the service is correctly installed and configured. Any ideas? Thanks.

Unable to Open Outlook after initial Office 2003 install
NWNSP.DLL is the MAPI service provider for Lotus Notes; are you using
Outlook with Lotus Notes? If not, go to 'Control Panel|Mail|E-mail Accounts|View or change existing e-mail accounts' and see if you have something like "Lotus Notes Mail " listed.
