Where does outlook store the settings which aren't included in the pst files.
I am trying to find away to simply copy the requisite files without any user
interaction and so need to know what file stores the settings so that I can
copy this file and the extra pst file and not need any input from the user. I
want to add an extra pst file to outlook without opening the program.

Microsoft uses text files with a .prf extension and a highly structured format to provide information to OUtlook that enables Outlook to create or modify a mail profile when Outlook starts, for example to add a .pst file. You can create such .prf files with the Custom Installation Wizard or Custom Maintenance Wizard tools in the Office Resource Kit.
