Default Moving FROM Outlook 2003 to Outlook Express 6

My wife has a new computer. Having tried Outlook for a while, she prefers
Outlook Express. She believes that she can store more information for
contacts in OE. I suspect this is not true; but whether true or not, IF she
goes back to OE, is there a way to move emails OUT of Outlook 2003 and into
OE 6?

Can you Export from Outlook or Import from OE?

As for your wife's decision, everyone should use what they are most
comfortable with and what meets *their* needs. If it's OE, fine - it's does
pretty good for just email. It only does email (and news) but for many
users, that's all they need.

Your question is, fundamentally, my question: Can I export or otherwise move
the emails that are currently in Outlook over to OE 6? If so, how can I?

In Outlook Express, click FileImportMessages and you can import from
Outlook. That shouldn't have been hard to find, especially if you had used
Help.

Thanks for your response, which I've rated as helpful because it answered my
question.

No thanks for the unnecessary comments on the difficulty of the question.
