Default Outlook Express on Palm

I am thinking of buying a PalmTreo 650 to keep up with my online
classwork. (I will be teaching an online course.)
We use Outlook Express newsgroups. Before I go out and buy a 650, can
I use it for OE newsgroups? Would I set it up just like my laptop?
Thanks so much!

Melissa Smith
