outlook could not logon to the outgoing mail server
I have been using outlook for 2 email accts for more than 1 yr. All of a
sudden outlook won't send or receive. Nothing had changed. I have deleted the accts and re-entered them. I have tried to repair outlook. I have removed the program and reinstalled. I originally thought I had a virus, but have run updated and ran virus protection many times. Nothing seems to work.
