Hi

I'm trying to enable the Out of Office assistant on a users machine. When
going to Tools - Out of Office Assistant I am receiving the error message:

"The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to
use this application."

If I log the user off and then log back on with a different profile, I do
not receive the error message - it appears to be working fine. I found a work
around on the MS website he http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311107/
however this would not be adequate as stated later on in the article:

NOTE: Outlook must be running for the Rules Wizard to automatically reply.

The laptop shall be turned off for the duration that the user is off-site so
this would be no good. I also noticed in the summary of the article:

"The Out of Office Assistant feature in Microsoft Outlook is a Microsoft
Exchange Server service. It is available only when the Exchange Server
transport service is included in an Outlook user's profile."

Could this be the the cause of the problem? If so, how would I go about
including this in the users profile?
