Default Installing Outllok 2003 causes DIS(integration) with Office

I have a pile of users with various versions of Office (2000 and XP mostly).
Since we got Outlook 2003 along with our Exchange Server, I thouhgt I'd
install the nice new software. Lo and behold, users can no longer be in a
Word or Excel document, and say that they want to mail it to a user. The
integration is broke, and I don tknow how to fix it... Anyone out there know
what to do? Thanks!

You have two choices: uninstall Outlook 2003 and reinstall what you had
before or update all Office applications. Mixing component versions will
always break integration. The only version of Outlook that could use a
prior version of Word was Outlook 2000, which could use either Word 2000 or
Word 97.
