I am importing all my pst files from my old laptop to my new. I could not
get the cable connection to work, so I am doing it with a Cruzer. The frustrating thing is that when I import the files I cannot get them to import directly in top the “default” folder (Contacts for example.) They are imported into a new set of Personal Folders. I can copy them into the default, but then they appear as a subfolder. Any suggestions about how to combine subfolders? Alternatively, am I missing something basic in importing PST files? |

Importing is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data. Now you see
why. Next time, just open the data file and copy what you need from it. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "TGilboy" wrote in message ... I am importing all my pst files from my old laptop to my new.
