The E-mail signature for "new", Forward" and "reply" is resetting itself to
none after a windows or Office update is run on the system. Is there any way to prevent this from happening. Profiles are located on the local system. |

Are you creating a new mail profile each time, say, through a login script?

No the profile is local on the system.

I'm not sure that you understood that I was referring to the user's Outlook mail profile. Signatures will definitely be reset if a new mail profile is being created either through a login script or by the operation of the HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Setup\ ImportPRF registry value.
