No, if you delete the mail account information from Outlook it will only be
deleted from Outlook. Outlook Express will still retain the information
since the two programs are separate.

Hi,

Deleting your account settings ni Outlook will not affect your actual email account on your ISP server, if that's what you're asking. The account settings just provide a program with all of the
necessary information to connect to their mail server.
