Microsoft Outlook email

I am not having any luck with Outlook 2007. Problems a 1. can't send or
receive mail, 2. haven't been able to locate contact manager.
Is a lot of problems after installation something you're seeing a lot of?

1) Have you tried creating a new mail profile using the Mail applet in Control Panel?

2) What contact manager are you referring to?
